Return & Refund Policy

At Paws & Purrs Studio™️, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The print quality is significantly different from what was shown

To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at pawsandpurrsstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable situations:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guides carefully before purchasing)
  • Change of mind
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
